What this site collects
cphlhome.com is an informational website. It has no accounts, logins or online payments, and it does not set its own cookies or run its own analytics.
New Team Request form
The Join CPHL page links to a New Team Request form hosted on Google Forms and owned by the league. Answers go only to CPHL and are used to review the request. The form collects contact details for the program's coordinator and head coaches, but no player names. A contact is listed in the public Team Directory only if the team is accepted and the program agrees. Google's own privacy policy also applies to the form.
Third-party content
Some pages embed content from other services, which may collect information under their own privacy policies when the content loads:
- GameSheet: standings, schedules and scores
- Google Maps: the rink locations map
Links to USA Hockey, team websites and other outside sites are governed by those sites' own policies.
Hosting
Like any website, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and reliability.
